A3. Yes. Production for spot samples is 3-5 days; for customized samples is 10-20 days. Sample fees are returned in subsequent bulk orders.
Q4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A4. For spot orders, MOQ is 30 pairs/style. For customized orders, MOQ is 1000 pairs/style. Sizes and colors can be mixed.
